This clinic is designed for you the owner rider to 'get away' from it all, take a deep breath and develop your inner relationship with yourself, take this home and apply what you have learnt with your horse.
The course is structured as follows over the two days. Les Zerfahs will also be joining us to take you through the world of EFT - emotional freedom technique.

Day One 10am - Arrival and coffee 10.15am - Opening discussion and Goal setting 11.30 am - Neuro-Linguistic Programming session 12.45 - Discussion 1.30 pm - Lunch 2.30 pm - Two hour workshop - exercises in feel, rein contact, and riding through fear. 4 pm - Tea break 4.30 pm - Continue workshop 5.00 pm - Discussion 5.30 pm - close |
Day Two 10 am - Coffee and thoughts from day one 11.00 am - EFT session with Les Zerfahs 1pm - lunch 2pm - Neuro-Linguistic exercise 3pm - Ridden session on mechanical horse - relaxation and effectivness 5pm - Future goal setting, discussion and close
